How It Works
An easy and affordable system to drastically improve your smile
Deciding if OrthoSnap is the right solution in each individual case is up to a trained specialist. Impressions will be taken and sent to an OrthoSnap processing facility, where a set of individual aligners will be produced and sent back to your doctor.
Upon delivery of your first aligners, your doctor will go over the treatment and hygienic maintenance procedures. Generally, each set of aligners should be worn over a period of two weeks and then replaced with the next set. This enforces gradual movement of the teeth into the desired position.
OrthoSnap aligners are designed to be worn at all times, except when eating foods and brushing your teeth. The more often you wear the aligner, the faster your perfect smile will develop. Because OrthoSnap aligners are made of thin, clear material, they are hardly noticeable, making it easy to wear them throughout the day.
You will receive a set of aligners. Each aligner is carefully designed to bring your teeth ever closer to the final, aligned position. You will observe real improvement week by week, aligner by aligner.
Periodically, you will need to visit your dentist or orthodontist to check up on your progress. OrthoSnap flexible treatment planning process allows adjustments to your aligners based on the real progress.
Your doctor will send your detailed data -- impressions, photographs, x-rays, and detailed notes -- to an OrthoSnap lab. Using this information, OrthoSnap will create a precise model of your teeth, and using proprietary technology, OrthoSnap technicians will manufacture your custom series of aligners. Once the manufacturing process is complete, your doctor will explain the simple rules for proper use and what to expect while wearing them. Treatment duration depends on the severity of your teeth misalignment; typical duration is somewhere between 6 to 16 months.
